Helpdesk Analyst

This is an excellent opportunity to join our team as a Helpdesk Analyst providing 1st level support to our clients in the Asia-Pacific region. This position suits someone who is looking to transition from a traditional technical support role to one that is more product specialist based. As the successful applicants product knowledge builds there will be career opportunity to progress to Senior Engineer and Business Analyst consulting roles.

We are the Australian distributor for the Autonomy iManage range of content management and collaboration products. This distributorship extends from New Zealand through South East Asia, for more than 300 organisations throughout the region. We are able to provide clients, large and small, with complete solutions, from the initial analysis to careful planning and design, implementation, training and ongoing support.

Candidate Qualifications

The key skills required are:

  • Previous Helpdesk / Service Desk support experience would be advantageous
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft platforms:
    - Microsoft Office
    - Microsoft
    - Windows Desktop Operating Systems
    - Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Desirable but not essential:

  • Previous Document Management System experience
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • Knowledge of IIS, TCP/IP and LAN/WAN
  • Active Directory
