OIA launches Client Helpdesk
When your staff need help, we’re here.

OIA have launched a dedicated IT Service Helpdesk to assist our clients in ensuring that everyday queries are handled when and where your people need them.


The facility will provide your staff with a direct hotline to OIA desktop engineers, who are able to assess the issue and determine the best resolution. Internal administrators are only notified for faults that require escalation, reducing the burden on your IT administrator and employees.

 

The OIA Helpdesk will;

 

 Remove hassle from internal, entry-level IT queries

 Allow employees to escalate issues through to dedicated helpdesk engineers

 Reduce employee downtime and resolution turn-around time
