Report Manager for WorkSite combines the benefits of Computer Output to Laser Disk (COLD)-based archiving with the full functionality of Interwoven WorkSite. Report Manager for WorkSite delivers hard-dollar cost savings by reducing or eliminating the need to manually archive and manage microfiche, paper documents and multipart forms. Purchase orders, bills of materials, invoices and credit memos, accounting reports, HR reports, change orders, field service requests and more are compressed into easily retrievable PDF format. The PDFs are then automatically imported into Interwoven WorkSite, enabling?reliable, real-time access (including online query and retrieval) to all required business content.
