iManage Certified Systems Engineer (iCSE)
This course prepares participants to successfully design, install, configure and manage the iManage WorkSite Server, WorkSite Windows Clients and WorkSite Web products. Emphasis is given to installation requirements, iManage CMS and Indexer Server services, Server Tools, advanced SQL maintenance and client installation and troubleshooting. Structured as a hands-on laboratory, this 5-day course gives participants an opportunity to use WorkSite software under the guidance of our expert trainers.
iManage Certified Systems Engineer Upgrade
This class is dedicated to getting certified WorkSite 8.x engineers certified on WorkSite 8.5. The primary goal of this class is to provide the tools and knowledge that will allow WorkSite partners and customers to conduct upgrades to WorkSite 8.5, including, upgrading to the IDOL Indexer. This course introduces participants to new features and functionality of WorkSite 8.5 and covers enhancements to FileSite, EMM for Outlook, the new WorkSite Communications Server, the server and client upgrade process and the 8.5 release with the Autonomy Search Engine. This 2-day class consists of several hands on exercises in a live training environment to give attendees a strong feel for how the new WorkSite 8.5 will work.
iManage Records Manager Systems Engineer
This 2-day course prepares participants to successfully design, install, configure and manage the iManage Records Management Server and Windows Clients, to customise using Application Designer and import data using Data Loader.
iManage Records Manager Systems Administrator
This 2-day course prepares participants to successfully design, configure and manage the iManage Records Manager environment. Emphasis is placed on business process requirements of iManage Records Manager.
WorkSite Software Development Kit Programmer (SDK)
This 3-day course covers the various WorkSite APIs required to customise WorkSite or to create WorkSite integrations or add-ins. The course covers the basics of authentication, versioning, file access and security as well as manipulating WorkSite objects such as Workspaces and libraries. The course also covers creating web-based connectors and utilising Worksite’s web services, as well as customising the appearance and behavior of the web and desktop interfaces. Students will work with individual WorkSite servers and will write code in Visual Basic or C# in hands-on labs.
Advantys WorkflowGen Administration
This 3-day course is intended for those who will be responsible for building and maintaining basic forms and workflow definitions.
In this hands on course participants are taken through the process of analysing a basic workflow process, determining the actions, participants for each action, data to be captured during each action and conditions which govern transition between actions. From here participants are taken through the creation of a form incorporating all of the analysis already performed, through to creating the process definition using the graphical design tool within WorkflowGen, including testing and troubleshooting.
Advantys WorkflowGen SDK
This 2 day course is intended for those who will be responsible for building SDK applications for WorkflowGen using the .NET 2.0 Framework.
End User Training
End User training is normally provided on a “train-the-trainer” type basis. That is our trainers will assist in the structure of specific End User trainer based on your implementation of the product in question.
