The Position

We are excited to invite an experienced Systems Engineer to join our expanding team in Perth. This role involves providing first class support and project delivery to our clients across Western Australia.

​

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be: 

​

  • Deliver high-level technical consulting both on-site and remotely, managing and resolving second and third-level support requests while ensuring client satisfaction through clear communication and timely updates.

  • Deploy and support Windows solutions, including Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and Intune. We’re seeking someone with experience in these areas who is eager to learn and master our technology stack.

  • Contribute to project work related to our technology stack, including security solutions, by offering technical expertise and supporting project timelines. Ensure effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and clients.

The Skills You Possess Will Include:

​

  • Minimum of 3 years of technical experience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.

  • Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.

  • Experience with desktop environments, specifically Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.

  • Practical knowledge of deploying and managing Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD.

  • Understanding of backup and disaster recovery solutions, including restoring from backups and configuring backup systems.

  • Familiarity with network troubleshooting and configuration, including NAT, firewalls, VLANs, and Wi-Fi.

  • Knowledge of security solutions such as Multifactor Authentication, Antivirus/EDR, and UTM.

  • Experience in deploying software or configurations using management tools like Microsoft Intune or other RMM/software deployment products.

  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies, such as Hyper-V or VMware.

  • Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.

  • Ability to create and maintain documentation.

  • A strong interest in technology and a commitment to continuous learning.

Desirable, but not essential

​

  • Azure Certifications – AZ-104

  • Microsoft 365 Certifications such as - MD-100, MD-101, MS-500

  • Experience in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python

​

Note: This position may require out-of-hours support for some clients.
