Administrator training typically runs over one session and includes users, user permissions, groups, delegates, DocMinder reassignment, client preferences, recipient defaults, D5 relationships, system settings, and logging page.
OIA holds user training for the pdfDocs solution. This training covers: how to edit and annotate PDFs, Organisers, how to import and export documents, how to use the OCR feature to recognise text, security features such as protection and redaction, and much more.
