This notice applies to iManage Work Desktop for Windows versions 10.1 and later.
A certificate (for https://my.imanlocal.com) used by the iManage Work Desktop for Windows (WDW) application versions 10.1 and higher is set to expire. The date of expiry varies, as does the available methods to address the issue, depending on the WDW version:
Note: Desktop for Windows versions with a certificate expiration date of June 27,2020 23:59:59 GMT require immediate attention.
How will this impact me?
https://my.imanlocal.com is an iManage-registered URL that is used for the internal loop-back communication between the iManage Work web application and iManage Work Agent. If this certificate expires on your machine, many significant iManage Work and iManage WDW document and email functions (such as Edit, Open, Print, Checkout, Reply, Forward) will no longer function as expected.

What do I need to do?
To install an updated certificate that expires on June 4, 2022, 23:59:59 GMT, the following installation options are available:
1. Patch Installation - WDW versions 10.1x and above
Instructions for downloading and installing the patch can be found in the iManage advisory.
2. Full Installation - WDW versions 10.2.6 and 10.2.5 only
iManage has released the following updated 10.2.6 and 10.2.5 full installation versions of WDW that contain a new certificate file:
- 10.2.5.107
- 10.2.5.122

3. Auto Updates installation - 10.2.6.107 only
WDW 10.2.6.107 is available through iManage Auto Updates, through the Release and Coming Soon channels. If you subscribe to iManage Auto Updates for Work Desktop for Windows, you will be automatically notified when the latest version is available for installation and you can follow the update notification and use the installation wizard to upgrade.
