ACIL Allen is the largest independent Australian-owned economics and policy consultancy. Having offices throughout Australia, they specialise in the use of applied economics and econometrics to analyse, develop and evaluate policy, strategy and programs.
Overview
ACIL Allen engaged Alan FitzGerald of Practise Connections to assist with the selection of a Document Management Solution from which iManage Cloud was chosen as the best fit for the firm.
One immediate advantage of the iManage Cloud was that the ACIL Allen data would be stored in Australia, as opposed to their incumbent solution which was not meeting ACIL Allen's client's requirements in terms of data sovereignty.

OIA implemented iManage Cloud for ACIL Allen with an integration to their Workflow Max workflow system. OIA's consultants seamlessly integrated and implemented the solution to ensure it met ACIL Allen's needs.

ACIL Allen's previous document management solution was hosted on an offshore server, which prevented all documents being stored in one location as certain clients' documents were required to be kept within Australia. As iManage Cloud operates both primary and backup Australian based data centres, this increased ACIL Allens ability to search for all documents within a single repository.
