How long have you been with OIA?

I’ve been with OIA for 15 years and it’s been quite the journey. Over that time, I’ve seen the business evolve, the tech landscape shift, and our team grow stronger. It’s been rewarding to be part of that transformation.

What’s your favourite part about being with OIA?

I really enjoy rolling out new systems that make a genuine difference for our clients, especially when we can streamline their processes and boost efficiency. I also get a lot of satisfaction from helping people troubleshoot and solve problems. It’s all about making their day a little easier.

What’s something to do with iManage that you’re looking forward to?
